Ms. Jones has over 30 years of experience in providing care to people living with HIV and AIDS in the public health sector. She is currently the Managing Director of the Positive Health Access to Services and Treatment (PHAST) team. PHAST is an HIV clinic-based multidisciplinary team that has been linking patients to care at a County Hospital for over ten years. PHAST has extensive partnerships through the Department of Public Health and community-based HIV testing organizations. Ms. Jones has also led efforts to establish a comprehensive HIV testing program at San Francisco General Hospital, including testing in the Emergency Department, inpatient psychiatric unit, inpatient medical-surgical units, hospital-based primary care clinics and the hospital-based urgent care center. Ms. Jones has experience providing technical assistance to other medical centers and clinics on these and other issues as core faculty for the San Francisco AIDS Education and Training Center.
