Public Health Detailing is an evidence-based approach to encourage clinical practice change through brief, educational, one-on-one provider visits. This 1-hour webinar will review the foundations, principles and implementation of public health detailing, allowing attendees to make a decision on whether to apply to participate in the 2026 Skills-Building Workshop and/or the Public Health Detailing Institute.

Foundational Skills-Building Workshop for Academic Detailing (Zoom) – Jan 13-15, 2025
This 3-day, interactive virtual workshop offers the opportunity to learn how to effectively communicate the best evidence on HIV prevention and syndemic conditions to front line clinicians caring for vulnerable populations. The multi-day intensive workshop provides opportunities for networking, roleplay, and small group discussion.
Who Should Attend:
New detailing staff and program managers who are interested in building their foundational detailing skills. Folks who attend should be willing to participate and engage during interactive sessions.
