An introduction to the 2022 Public Health Detailing Institute hosted by SF DPH and NaRCAD. Come learn whether Public Health Detailing is an intervention suitable for you and your health department in order to facilitate PrEP access in your community.
Webinar attendees will:
Review the foundations, principles, and application of public health detailing to improve clinician engagement in evidence-based HIV prevention and care
Review the structure of a 1:1 clinical education visit using proven communication techniques
Identify required elements and resources to support a successful detailing program
Describe NaRCAD‘s and getSFcba’s technical assistance offerings, including the 2022 Public Health Detailing Institute (March 9-11, 2022).

Bevin Kathleen Shagoury | Deputy Director
Bevin manages NaRCAD’s strategic partnerships, building collaborations with public health leaders at the national and federal level. With career experience in building learning communities to increase engagement and sustainability, Bevin has expertise in creating interactive, interdisciplinary training curricula at healthcare-based non-profits. In collaboration with the dynamic NaRCAD team, Bevin facilitates NaRCAD’s virtual and in-person learning sessions to encourage hands-on skill development and best practices sharing amongst peer program.
Anna Morgan, MPH, RN, PMP | Senior Manager, Training & Education
Anna manages the NaRCAD community’s educational initiatives, including conferences and trainings. Anna’s work has enabled NaRCAD to increase their training reach. She leads content development, managing the NaRCAD DETAILS blog, leads their facilitation team, and builds community partnerships.
