Self-testing is a rapidly growing healthcare strategy that allows individuals to collect samples and, at times, interpret test results outside clinical settings. Self-testing programs can support a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to public health by connecting self-testers to a range of services, such as prevention programs, mental health support, and vaccinations. This webinar covers media campaigns that center community empowerment and promote strategies to apply sex-positive language and principles to increase access to HIV/STI self-testing and care.
