Transforming Telehealth: Prioritizing Safety, Access, & Innovation to Reimagine Trans Healthcare (Webinar)

In a post Covid-19 era, the wide use of telehealth raises many questions about the promises and challenges that it offers particularly for people from sexual and gender minorities at risk of, or living with, HIV. As the largest national trans-led organization advocating for self-determination for all people, the Transgender Law Center (TLC) surveyed trans and gender expansive people living with HIV, and their healthcare providers, about their experiences with telehealth. This 60 min webinar presents an overview of survey results based on the TLC report, how they speak to the experiences and needs of the transgender community at large, as well as the recommended telehealth best practices for TGNB communities.
